1. Services

SALIS Foreign Employment Agency provides overseas employment placement services for Sri Lankan job seekers. We are licensed by the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) and operate in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate and truthful information during the application process. Any misrepresentation may result in disqualification from placement services. Clients are responsible for providing all required documentation in a timely manner.

3. Fees & Payments

Service fees are communicated clearly before commencement of services. A 50% advance payment is required to initiate the placement process. All fees comply with SLBFE regulations on permissible charges.

4. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is subject to the stage of service delivery and applicable SLBFE guidelines. Please contact us directly for refund inquiries.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Sri Lankan law and SLBFE dispute resolution procedures.
